With over 20 years of experience across Charter, Public, and Private School sectors, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that special education presents. I am also the proud author of "Because of H.E.R" as well as a range of specialty books and courses tailored for the IEP space. Through my website and social media, I reach an audience of over 5,000 people each week, providing resources, tips, and strategies that make a real impact. I have a proven track record of expertise. I've authored more than 1,000 Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and guided numerous teachers and parents, equipping them to comprehend IEP's effectively. Additionally, I've coached educators in IEP writing, progress monitoring, and classroom support. My extensive experience spans various disability categories, including Autism, Specific Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, Other Health Impairment, Emotional Disturbance, and Specific Language Impairments. I've led numerous professional development sessions on diverse Special Education topics and aided numerous parents find their way through their special education journey.
